About the Facilitator

Sarah Ayoub facilitated the conversation about Sara M Saleh first novel Songs for the Dead and the Living.

Sarah Ayoub is a journalist, bestselling author and academic with a PhD in migrant Australian YA literature. Her writing has been published in The Guardian, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, Sydney Review of Books and more. Sarah sits on the board of the Australian Society of Authors and is a regular fixture at schools and writers festivals around Australia. Her latest release is the picture book How to be a Friend.
