Jerrah Patston Album Launch – Abandoned Cricket Games

August 15, 2025 7:30 pm
Blue Mountains Theatre

Club Weld Attitude artist Jerrah Patston is launching his brand-new album Abandoned Cricket Games this August!

Jerrah’s Abandoned Cricket Games LP lands on 9 August via Bandcamp and Spotify and available on CD and vinyl. This is Jerrah’s third full-length release and his first on independent label Flippin’ Yeah. It’s a bold new chapter in an already distinctive body of work.

Recorded at MONA’s Frying Pan Studio on the legendary REDD.17 console (famously used by The Beatles and Pink Floyd), the album takes everyday moments — bagpipers in carparks, dodgem cars, construction zones — and transforms them into sharp, melodic songs full of warmth, wonder and subtle complexity.

Be the first to listen! Add Jerrah to your liked artists today.

Join us on Thursday 15 August at Blue Mountains Theatre at the official album launch concert for an evening of brilliant songwriting, offbeat stories and unforgettable tunes.

About Jerrah

Jerrah works with his songwriting collaborator Sam Worrad at Club Weld, a studio for neurodivergent musicians located at ACE in Parramatta.
He has recorded at the Opera House, appeared on 7:30, played live at festivals, performed for Governor-General Sam Mostyn and provided music for the “one take romcom” Head Over Wheels and ABC Kids program Fizzy & Suds.

His last album, Going Places, invited audiences on a musical road trip, weaving the enchanting landscapes of Oberon, familiar serenity of the Nepean River, and the nostalgic essence of Old Bar into a soundscape of Jerrah’s fondest moments at each destination. He makes you feel as if you’re there with him every step of the way.
