About the Role

This part-time (2 days per week) position offers a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our organisation. Reporting to the Manager – Finance and Administration, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our venue and reception area. This is a job-share position, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate venue and equipment hire bookings, ensuring seamless events and meetings.

Manage hirer requirements, including access, venue setup, pack down, and catering.

Be the first point of contact at reception, providing a warm welcome to visitors and staff.

Handle essential administration duties, including booking arrangements and mail processing.

Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organised venue space.

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and minute-taking.

Support security and incident reporting as needed.
