Join ACE Team as a Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for digital content and websites? We’re looking for a Designer – Online Digital Content and Website to join our team at ACE!

About the Role

This part-time (2 days per week) position offers a fantastic opportunity to shape how ACE shows up online. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll work closely with our producers to design and manage digital content across social media, our website, and other online platforms. This is a hands-on creative role with the chance to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and schedule content for ACE’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Keep the ACE website up to date and functioning smoothly.
  • Design digital banners and choose strong hero images.
  • Work with producers to source text, images, and videos for online content.
  • Curate and post engaging content with consistent branding and voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Embed video and media content from platforms like YouTube.
  • Report on marketing and communications for the ACE Board.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in digital marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven skills in using WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Google Analytics, MailChimp and SurveyMonkey.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong design sensibility.
  • Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
