About the Role

As Youth Engagement Producer, you’ll work at the intersection of digital media, community development, and contemporary arts practice. You’ll design and deliver high-impact programs that give young people—especially those who are marginalised or at risk—access to creative tools, professional pathways, and a stronger sense of agency within their communities.

This is a leadership role ideal for a creative facilitator and strategic thinker with a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and youth empowerment.
