As part of MAYI Festival in 2022, an arts engagement program was run featuring a week of intensive skills development workshops.

These workshops saw members of Bourke’s youth take part in a range of disciplines including music production, live sound engineering, photography, videography, as well as storytelling, writing, and poetry.

The fantastic work that took place in these workshops can be seen in the music video Bourke’s youth and the artists in residency created ‘Be On Time At 9’.
