Celebrating our Shared Achievements

Arts & Cultural Exchange (ACE) has been awarded the 2025 City of Parramatta Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Award at the Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence (WSABE). This recognition celebrates ACE’s leadership in empowering diverse communities and ensuring cultural voices thrive across Western Sydney.

The award was accepted by Anne Loxley, Executive Director of ACE. Guided by five core pillars — First Nations, Youth Engagement, Disability and Aged Care, Multicultural Women’s Hub, and Screen Cultures — ACE designs programs that foster participation, amplify underrepresented voices, and connect communities through creativity.

For 40 years, ACE has been a vital cultural force, from nurturing emerging talent to driving intercultural collaboration. Its recognition at WSABE reflects a legacy of innovation and inclusion that continues to enrich both Western Sydney and the broader cultural fabric of Sydney.
